I've got a dental pocket (hole below the gum line) that I am trying to fix naturally before resorting to dental x-ray and dental procedure to get under the gum and clean out.

It's very annoying and unlucky because Peat'ing my teeth have been great, but got into the habit of occasionally making popcorn at home with lots of salt and butter, and a piece of the hard shell slipped down between teeth and gum and that's how the infection started.

I'm taking 5mg of K2 MK4 a day, rubbing 1-2mg of that on the gum where the issue is. Also doing baking soda and water rinses frequently throughout the day. Doesn't seem to be eradicating the issue thus far after a few weeks.

Anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.

Have you tried warm salt water? A solution of table salt is often recommended to expedite the healing of the pocket after removal a tooth. I gently swish a very saturated solution in my mouth when my gums are irritated.

Rubbing clove oil on the area my help. If you find that it is too strong, then dilute it in a small amount of water and swish it in your mouth.

raw carrots, maybe some antibiotics to cleanse it out

then A D E K2 to max bone density+ lots of raw milk + aspirin + coffee with baking soda + Buteyko to boost hard tissue mineralization/calcification by upregulated minerals+oxidative metabolism induced higher CO2 production
