        @peatolish I think the true reason behind gyno is not 100% clear some say the main driver is prolactin others estrogen etc. But I think If we look at like ray did, its all connected and comes down to metabolic dysfunctions. Def your hypo and insulin resistance could attribute to that. Also some have normal estrogen levels but there are like 3 estrogens you must check before on the safe side. E1, E2 & E3 But if you have a good look at your bodycomposition, your skin, body hair in unusual areas, your mood you def need no blood test to see if your estrogen driven. 😃 Before taking Metformin I would consider other things like niacinamide, magnesium, cardenosine, inosine def pyrucet etc. You'll find many threads on RPF about it or you can look into podcasts / videos from haidut or peat. I never heard about thyroid issues with gyno but I would not be afraid in your case. all fat solubles A D E K are also used for gyno, for example in japan I think the official treatment for gyno is A & K topically IIRC.
