Stimulant-aided fasting

Might be dumb for this idea, but here it is:
Could you gain the (alleged) benefits from fasting while also keeping your metabolism up by using some powerful stimulant during the fast? For example if one were to fast while doing a 16hr coke bender. Appetite suppression makes it easy, and stimulant keeps body warm and energized. High body temp = active metabolism, right?
And keep with T3/T4 doses as well for extra measure. For what reason? Rapid weight loss or something, I guess. I don't know.
But does the logic makes sense at all? Could fasting like this be peaty?

dont fkin do this this is how I ruined my health a year ago
if you burn yourself out you will put it all back on (weight)

I would never do something like this, but could it work for like weight loss? Maybe. Pretty much all stimulants are cardiotoxic. meth, DMAA, adderall, coke, hell even caffeine in high enough dosages will all be a net negative for your health.
You might could do a hack "fast" where you eat sugar in the morning and evening but keep it under 500 calories per day. Say, for example, drinking a Mexican cola in the morning and evening twelve hours apart from each other. Or fruit juice. How is this better than regular fasting? I don't know if it is, lol.
But the theory is a little bit of sugar might keep the cortisol and glucagon to a minimum provided you got good liver function and can actually hold glycogen several hours (people with poor thyroid can't).
