Among 221 boys investigated, only 54% had the same (+/- 1 cm) body height at age 27 as they had at age 19.
Average increment in stature was 2.13 cm, and the maximum increment was 7 cm.

@HeightOptimized ye spine grows last, taking peptides, hgh at late age could be beneficial. sleep stretch with relaxin is interesting too, might try myself if can find cheaper source as expesnive af, research more on sides may cause cancer apparently

@the-MOUSE i imagine it would increase the risk of cancer because of how it increases HGH, its also interesting to me how pregnant woman grow taller since relaxin increases

@HeightOptimized ye its interesting, i havent delved much but i heard it loosens joints or something around abdomen region, didnt know it increased hgh. i dont think that would do much for closed plates anyways, its probs some other mechanism adult women seemingly gain few inches
