The lazy man's carrot salad

Try this:
- Peel carrots
- Mix oil, vinegar and salt in a small glass
- Bite carrot, take a sip.
You're essentially mixing the salad as you chew, no need to waste time shredding the carrot in a fancy way.

This is a great idea and something I have been doing for a long time.
I will add that if one is already established on the path to bioenergetic health and digestion is in good order then just eating a raw peeled carrot when convenient is likely 80-90% of the benefits.
Done beats perfect!

@oliveoil I do that too. However, rinsing the shredded carrot bits until the water is no longer orange is a great way to reduce the beta carotene.

Chop and a short water soak here. After it may be a splash of apple cider vinegar ... buffered or not. Sometimes a tiny bit of coconut oil, maybe a shake of potassium iodide salt mix, and quite often plain.
Am now down to just a few days a week for maintenance as it's done the bulk of it's work in the years past.
