      Ola.

If one is getting improvements in a few symptoms from thyroxine, and these improvements fade to some extent after 3 weeks of improvement, could it mean that i increased the dose too quickly?

I was going back and forth with different types of meds and got the the point where I was certain I needed supplemental t4, and some t3 along.

tried both separately and even tho I'm far from optimal, it feels best to take both.

Before I added 100mcg t4 I was on some porcine ndt with meals which drove my rt3 to optimal levels(have a history with high rt3) but also my total t4.

I can't seem to figure out how to beat RT3, nutrition and stress lvls are on point as far as i know, maybe besides this broken sleep which is caused by low metabolism.

        so essentially :

        1. porcine NDT with meals - raise only T3/FT3 to the optimal levels and my FT4/T4 drop to bottom and all severe symptoms appear.

Raising only t3 levels helps only a bit with symptoms.

        1. taking T4 (on empty) and some NDT(with meals) - i see major improvements for some time before rt3 builds up and blocks metabolism and causes accumulation of the supplemental hormones to high levels in the serum.
