How to take Tyronene?

How do you take Tyronene? Oral, sublingual or topical? Do you dilute it and if so with what, and to what ratio?

@scamp i dilute 1-2 drops in a bottle of water and sip it throughout the day. Not sure if that is what youre supposed to do but it’s never been an overwhelming dose for me.

@bubble do you have the SFA ester form? my understanding was it's not soluble in water

I don't think the SFA esters like water. The mixture will probably separate into a water/alcohol at the bottom and SFA ester at the top of the container, and most of the T3 will probably be in the SFA fraction. I would use strong alcohol for dilution if possible, 70% or higher is probably needed to avoid separation.

@scamp i take it sublingual. tastes awful but i do notice its effects. i havent tried topical, wonder what that would do.
