To call Peat’s work the “Ray Peat Diet” is a gross simplification of a complex system of ideas but that’s besides the point and I don’t like to get wrapped up with semantics or word games. I guess that this is a sign that to understand and follow RP ideas one needs to study it deeply. And have an idea about the underlying philosophy (Heraclitus, etc.)...
Novices and fans of superficial approaches should stay away for their own good... -
