        @KippleRemover

        Thanks for sharing.

I have had slight scalp irritation issues, they went away when I stopped using shampoo and use an egg every 5 ish days roughly. I don't overthink it and use the egg exactly like I would a shampoo (don't leave it on for minutes or whatever is supposed to work according to online).

I also suggest buying a good brush (made with boar hair), it makes your hair more shinny by spreading the oil.

NGL can't wait to try BLOO (not available where I live) just to SCALPMAX and have the most luscious hair in the western hemisphere.

I switched to apple cider vinegar + warm water some months ago and noticed that now dandruff is basically gone

This may suggest that what caused the dandruff was fungal in origin, an imbalance of naturally occurring ones or something more invasive.

If its the invasive type then it can colonize other parts of the body and your home. A good practice would be to simultaneously wash your bedsheets, pillow covers, shower area and tub. These fungi can also colonize the groin, armpits and feet, making it only a matter of time before it returns to the scalp. Treating these areas would be wise but not with anything too harsh or toxic because it may take multiple applications.

Go a little easy with the apple cider vinegar both due to it's physical makeup and acidity, it can bring unwanted results.

i tried vinegar after reading this thread, but i dont think it did anything for me. baking soda+niacinamide+taurine (basically trying to copy bloo) only gave relief the first time. egg felt like it irritated my face skin more. warm showers always leave my skin irritated.
ive been dealing with acne and poor skin for years but its been particularly brutal the last few days, really sucks.

                    Thanks for the explanation,
what would you suggest to remove the fungi from the other zones?
I'll go easy with the vinegar then, the boar brush is really a game changer, leaves the hair light and straight

Baking soda gave me a big relief too the first time.
                      Sorry to hear that

Now that's a good question. I haven't researched the topic in depth since before i discovered bioenergetics. Whatever i may have used in the distant past is almost positively toxic.

Not sure if you have access to the other forum but if you do i'd plug the following terms into a search bar: jock itch and athlete's foot even if you don't have the actual symptoms the treatments would be the same.

The feet can take tougher solutions than the groin, you have to be cautious with that whole transdermal thing because absorption begins almost immediately.

Antifungals off the top of my head are Sulfur/Sulphur based, Boron/Boric acid, Iodine/Iodide. Am just not sure what sort of dilution or concoction is needed, especially for the groin. I believe apple cider vinegar has more of a probiotic-type displacement effect but i could be wrong.

@KippleRemover yeah, im not sure why baking soda worked before but doesnt anymore. i put a bunch of coconut oil with some drops of rosemary oil in my hair today, since theyre supposed to be anti fungal. it helped a little. i suspect showering too warm and too long hasnt been helping.
