@PeatPioneer
I work outside everyday and I was looking for a sunscreen alternative for a while.
Diet is important and you have to build up your resistance to sunlight starting with the morning light.
I use idealabs solban on my face every morning if I have to work under the sun all day, last week I forgot it once and got a minor sunburn.

Liver recipes
How do you usually cook liver?
I always eat liver like my grandma used to make it, thin slices with onions.
Sometimes I feel like I overcook it, how do you like it? -

Thanks for the explanation,
what would you suggest to remove the fungi from the other zones?

Resolved lifelong problem with dandruff
Good evening everyone,
just wanted to share my experience in hope that someone else might benefit from it.I always had dandruff since puberty, tried dedicated shampoos but didn't notice any difference. 3 years ago I started my #nopoo life (no shampoo) and just rinsed my hair every other day with warm water. Still had a bit of dandruff...
Tried for a while the baking soda massage (once a week) for a while but I still had it.I switched to apple cider vinegar + warm water some months ago and noticed that now dandruff is basically gone, I will get it only when I eat a lot of grain food (bread, pasta, etc)
