Has anyone found research explaining how to remove forever chemicals from the body?

@S-Holmes I don't have research but I think giving blood helps. Menstruating women have less PFAS. A farm I know milked their cows for a year and dumped the milk and the PFAS levels came way down. I'm worried about microplastics more these days. Just noticed that there was pieces of blue tarp plastic all throughout the bale of certified organic hay that I was feeding my sheep and goats. Losing my mind trying to pick it all out.

@Sippy That's terrible! Sounds like a piece of trash got mowed and bailed. We have hay fields so I can see how that could happen. What a pain.
