It's been cloudy for over a week straight, how tf am I supposed to get my sunlight exposure? Is there a bigger scheme behind the scenes? Is the WEF making it cloudy intentionally to deprive us of natural nutrients?
I'm going nisane here, tell me what to do.

@gamblemaxxer I take one 50,000 UI Vit-D3 every weekend. I have the same problem, I think this solution helps somewhat.

Winter requires some adaptations at the hormonal level. Usually in winter we are tired and sick more often.
Animals that live in such conditions require hibernation (due to the lack of food available, hibernation is necessary for homeostasis)
Most birds "escape to hot countries"
Deer etc. have such a specific reproductive cycle that they have to be active all the time.
I'm not sure if supplementation in winter makes sense. It certainly makes sense to control your vitamin D levels.
Northern peoples, who live in geographical conditions that do not allow for high vitamin D synthesis, have developed many epigenetic structural, anatomical and biochemical changes that allow them to maintain adequate levels of vitamin D. Moreover, their diet was usually not too low in this vitamin.
Personally, I do not use vitamin D, but I maintain its optimal level in my blood. Perhaps because of the mechanisms I have indicated. I try to eat a lot of butter etc. so that helps too.

True. Has been doing it for millions of years

@gamblemaxxer Get some vitamin D and an incandescent bulb or a red led light. The weather is bad because the planet is hypometabolic from too little co2 and deforestation.

@Fructose Millions of years???
