@raytreats Can't tell you why this happens, though whenever I had that problem I would just use a little bit of coconut oil on my hands. It doesn't solve the problem, but it helps in the short term

Most sports seem to improve quality of life as long as its not overbearing, at least from what I've seen. Same goes with (most) combat sports
