Excessive head sweating

Hello,
Since I'm a kid I've been sweating very easily from the head, even from mild activity. I thought I was just built like that however it has gotten worse in the past few weeks despite no changes in my life.
I saw this other thread but since it's just the head for me maybe it's something different ?
Also I need some guidance because I'm not sure where to start with supplementation, as I only do general Peat food stuff right now.
