Creating "Peaty" Shop

Currently have an idea for an online store that recommends "Peaty" products for sale online. Food, beverages, supplements, clothing, electronics, and so on. For each there'd probably be some explanation as to why each product is considered "Peaty" and the positives/negatives of the product itself.
Would any be interested in collaborating on this idea or have any advice?
I know Peat himself hated protocols and authoritarian preaching. But I view this more as a shop that helps centralize MANY products/services that for years have been on RP Forum or now this forum in a very decentralized way and difficult to find. I also will be clear in pointing people towards research or personal experience using them.
