is there one out there which is truly peaty? ie high doses of all b vitamins in their ideal forms, without silicon dioxide and shit

Yes IdeaLabs Energin.
Failing that I quite like Thorne B-Stress, it does have some fillers, but I only take half a capsule emptied into milk 1-2 times per week and have not experienced any digestive issues.

@Dracarys I can't recall the reason and I couldn't be bothered comparing the two but I remember liking the dosage/formulation of their Stress B-Complex better.
