Hard bony lump on the outside of left knee
-
Greetings everyone,
Last night I noticed this hard bony lump (1.5cm in diameter approx) on the outside of my left knee.
I've no idea how long it's been there. I never noticed it before though.
The knee area feels a little full and dull, and the calf had a little tingle this morning, now it's gone.I walk, run, skip and squat with no issues whatsoever.
I fractured the soft bone in that knee 25 years ago.
I rubbed some K2 and D3 on it last night upon discovery. Haven't noticed any change.
I've ordered some Magnesium gel and thinking of getting a handheld ultrasound device. Does anyone here have any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.
