I love milk powder pancakes. I hate cooking them because you end up with 1 giant flat pancake in a pan. Realized that I could just buy a pan with little circle cups to get perfect sized pancakes.

@secondkelping You can also buy a cast iron "poffertjes (aka Dutch pancakes) pan"
