Help me with a pro-metabolic protein drink with lesser known ingredients

1 gram creatine
1 gram threonine
1 gram ornithine
1 gram Inositolwhat else is interesting?

Okay, I'm going to lay something on you that's really really good.
1 scoop of gelatin
10 oz of strong pour-over coffee that's been chilled
10 oz of milk
3-4 tbsps of sugar
dash of vanilla extractoptional:
raw egg yolk, adds protein and some extra nutrition
finely ground coffee, like 1/2 tsp just to bolster flavor
maybe some of the stuff you mentioned like creatine or insoitol. I was actually thinking more about taurine though. Gonna get some of that to add next time.
Anyways, just pop all that shit into the vitamix and blend away. Tasty as fuck, and the sugar, calcium, caffeine, and gelatin all synergize to be very pro-metabolic. If you don't think you can drink it fast enough before it solidifies maybe using the collagen that blends in cold drinks would be best. I actually just use regular gelatin though, lol. If it takes too long to drink it all I just grab a spoon and eat it like jello.

@Mulloch94 thanks
I react badly to gelatin though,

BCAA would be a close second. Wouldn't solidify on your either. The only thing about BCAA's is they tend to impart a rather nasty flavor if it isn't sufficiently covered up with other strong flavors. Not sure if coffee will cover the flavor or not, never tried it.

@Mulloch94 would dissolving the bcaa in orange juice mask the taste?
-
@wester130 I throw a 1/2 tsp of Cordyceps in mine for the pro-androgenic effect
along with 1g glycine, .5g taurine and otherwise more or less the same as the what @Mulloch94 is doing.
For the sugar part, I cycle using organic maple syrup, organic raw cane (the solid block not the processed granules) and raw honey. -

Maybe, I find the bcaas to be bitter. My shake with milk, blueberries, bcaa, and honey (recently omitted bananas) tastes really good. So I know that combination works. It doesn't work in oatbran though, very bad, lol.
