have you considered something like schisandra/rhodiola?
they block cortisol very well
coconut oil will also stop a cortisol response to caffeine

things like schisandra, rhodiola and eleuthero, but never made a decision about them

I would do alcohol tinctures of rosemary, mint and green tea.
optional extras: hibiscus, neem, licorice, all as alcohol tinctures
