Peating gave me a hyperthyroid???

Not sure what else to say, but Peating seems to have caused me to develop a hyperthyroid.
I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism 5 years ago and was on medication for a year. I then stopped the medication and my thyroid went back to normal with a clean diet.
Started Peating in February and this happened.
Lab results:

These are my hormone levels. Estrogen seems to be back in a more normal range since Peating, which is good. Not sure about the high SHBG? I also take 60 mg of bioidentical Progesterone daily, applied topically.

Cortisol is a little on the high end. High stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline can mimic symptoms of hyperthyroidism, including even low TSH value. Just some thoughts.

What medication were you taking to counter hyperthyroidism?
What is your doctor's definition of hyperthyroidism?
Do you know that it is likely that your doctor is an idiot, as compared to Broda Barnes and Ray Peat, and it's probable that following an idiot for advice is not healthful?

@herayclitus Makes sense! Thanks for the reply!

@yerrag I was on methimazole for 1 year when I was seeing a conventional doctor. I haven't been on medication for 4 years.
I know Peat says hyperthyroidism is fine, but the high thyroid antibodies concern me.
I now see a naturopath who doesn't want me on medication.
