Carrots with Honey?

Is it okay to just eat the carrot with honey? I tried with vinegar and such, but that tastes disgusting to me

I think the key is that you like it. Certainly additional honey would bring greater benefits, but if you don't like it, don't force yourself. The carrot salad should do a lot on its own.

That’s fine. If you ever want to revert to a more orthodox style of peating, salt really cuts through the vinegar and makes the salad a nice treat
