I had to block Dr. Berg from my YouTube recommends after he posted yet another video today counter-signaling sugar.
I can only take so much anti-sugar hostility.
Yeah I know his whole channel and shtick over there is mostly crackpot stuff, but this anti-sugar nonsense is a step too far.

@Crypt-Keeper He made a video about teeth one time. He explained that since the teeth have blood in them, you have to keep your blood sugar low so your teeth don't rot from the inside out.
