      Supplements taken in morning:
      200mcg Vitamin K2 MK4
      B100 Complex (100mg B1, 100mg B2, 100mg Niacinamide, 10mg B6, 500mcg B12, 100mg Pantothenic Acid, 300mcg Biotin, 1000mcg Folic Acid, 10mg Choline, 100mg Inositol)
      200mg Magnesium Bisglycinate
      500mg L-Glutamine
      500mg Bovine Colostrum
      500mg Niacinamide
      125mg Vitamin E (Tocotrienols 90% Delta 10% Gamma)
      15mg Zinc and 2mg Copper
      1000mg Vitamin B1
      100mg Vitamin B2
      125mg Aspirin

Besides that, I put coconut oil+raw honey in my coffee and have carrot salad almost every morning. I regularly chew mastic gum. I occasionally use Methylene Blue (I dose sloppily, likely getting a dose of around 4-8mg) as well as red and infrared light. I tried pure sodium bicarbonate once but accidentally overdosed so I'm waiting a month before incorporating 2 teaspoons of it in the morning daily. Due to my location, I cannot access T3, desiccated thyroid, and the various hormones taken by Peaters.

@Nomanarch A large amount of peaters I meet online either here or on the RPF are from Canada including me. It's interesting because I would think for our size it would be much rarer to see a Canadians on here. To answer your question though all the substances you use are good and peaty but it can be excessive if your taking them everyday. t3 and t4 are easily acquired via meds.com.mx. I had no problems getting mine through customs.

Besides that ensuring you have adequate carb intake, salt to taste, eating gelatinous foods.

Some other supplements you can think about trying in the future are Progest e, Pregnenolone, and Cyproheptadine.
