Toe fracture. Fastest way to recover
-
Hi yall. So a week ago ended up fracturing my big toe in 3 different places, got the xrays and drs taped it said 6 minimum weeks. Since ive been peating for a good 2 years have managed to build up a solid protocol and would love to hear any additional insights.
Since the taping is replaced every other week or so the pain isnt bearable so i am prescribed a painkiller, Diclofemac. Taking a gram of aspirin with k2 mk4, b3, cypro, sunlight, glycine, dairy, lots of protein diet all covered up.

@antihistamanic put it in a bag of CO2 if it was me

@antihistamanic Jello to increase collagen bioavailability, preferably from a local supplier to reduce the risk of exposure to toxic pollutants

@antihistamanic Like heals like. Cow's feet broth will heal you quicker than you can say "wow this tastes really bad". Someone on here has a great recipe for cow feet broth. It will turn your frown upside down and put the pose back in your toes.

@antihistamanic I second @skylark , CO2 bath, or just wrap a bag around it for 20 minutes / day and exhale a few times into it before dealing with tape.
CO2 bath is 1 cup baking soda 1/2 cup citric acid -
@skylark good idea
