Safe pregnancy supplements

I know peat has talked about certain things like aspirin and thyroid being ok during pregnancy. But what about Cyproheptadine (low dose obv) and lidocaine? Maybe not rx lidocaine but topical?

My Periactin has a huge warning at the back that says "PERIACTINE + PREGNANCY = DANGER Do not use in pregnant women, except in the absence of alternative treatment." if that helps.

I would avoid all drugs if possible, consider a k2 mk4 supplement, will likely improve your child’s skeletal development at these key formative stages.

Anyone know about supplementing folate? I know Georgi left it out of energin for a reason but when you’re pregnant everyone scares you into taking some form of it
Is it really needed?

@functionalgirl - Bruce Ames explains the need for folate in this video linked below. I found his explanation to be quite memorable (after all these years). It ties into red blood cell, radiation and cancer. The full story in the video is about 14 minutes long.
