Don't focus on 1rm for any exercise unless you're training specifically for strength, and even if you are there's still no point in maxxing out the triceps pushdown or the cable row for a rep.

Ok, with injectable P4 and DHEA this makes way more sense. The combination bieng stronger that 350 Test and potentially equivalent to 500+ is insane actually, someone needs to try this and report back! But i wonder if it only works if you have built lots of muscle with androgens first or it can be just as anabolic. -

Yes timing wise. Vitamin E can potentially deplete vitamin K, and they likely share the same pathways for metabolism and excretion (so probably depletion can be in either direction but K hasn't been shown to deplete E). But this is in regards to high doses, not the ones found in estroban for example.Also, Ray has said that when vitamin E and quinones are mixed together they produce a black pigment. I read somewhere (maybe by haidut?) that this is an unfavourable redox reaction but Ray did not at any point say the reaction is problematic. I was under the impression that you shouldn't take E&K together because of that reaction but after researching it, turns out this is not a concern at all.
So just take E or supplements dissolved in E a few hours before or after K, if taking large doses, like maybe >200IU E and >5mg K2. Otherwise you can take them together.

It should definitely be possible. Someone on r/raypeat shared a method for dissolving dht in vitamin e, he achieved 10% concentration and he didn't even use 100% vitamin e, it was around 70% diluted with sunflower oil. I think he put a beaker with vitamin e in the microwave until it was too hot to touch, then he put the powder in, and then again in the microwave. Haven't gotten around to trying it yet since im perfecting my ethanol solution atm.That could be the case, on mesorx or some other forum in the past, it was said that PPL's dht was dht acetate.
Well P4 and DHEA are more easily soluble i think. 4mg per drop means 80mg/ml, if a drop is 0.05ml, which is high but not super high.
Why are you worried about vitamin e? Im the opposite, the more i can take the better (up to a point but it's already hard to take enough). Only thing i would keep in mind is to take it seperately from vitamin k, like i already do with progest-e.

I'd also like to know who these bodybuilders are and what they look like, since haidut's claims are quite far fetched i would say. Like im not saying he is lying but progesterone and DHEA replacing bodybuilder cycles is difficult to believe. -

Good peaty substitutes for the nitrates are baking soda, thiamine, maybe Acetazolamide.
CO2 pumps > NO pumps.Is beta-alanine peaty though?

In low doses DHT doesn't cause suppression either and in fact it stimulates its own synthesis. Not to say that suppression is necessarily a bad thing especially from DHT, as the suppression of E it causes can be beneficial, and also DHT doesn't damage the testes.
That said i like androsterone too, i get mostly a gaba effect from it, plus it smells very nice -

11-Keto supposedly has longer half-life but it's underesearched. I know plain DHT is a bit harder to get but i would get that over idealabs.
Dosing wise you can start with 10-25mg transdermal dissolved in DMSO, DMSO+ethanol, ethanol+IPM/tocoherol etc. Or maybe 10mg oral dissolved/mixed in tocopherol or 20mg with some spirit like vodka. I think these are low enough to not cause supression and if you feel/don't feel any effects you can dial it up/down from there.

I did NOT say spending more time in the gym is better.
It is proven that more training volume up to a certain threshold increases hypertrophy in a dose-response relationship. It is not a bad approach.
Of course intensity is equally important and you need to learn and actually train to failure.Not sure where the obsession with Mentzer and super low volume came from and why he is so highly regarded in Peat circles, he is just a glorified meth addict with a different training style and philosophy, doesn't mean he was right about everything, and he definitely doesn't have things in common with Peat.
"Avoiding overtraining" through low volume doesn't really matter when you're going extremely beyond failure via forced reps, assisted reps, negatives etc and causing extreme muscle damage.The only thing i didn't phrase correctly was doubling the sets, i agree that's probably too much. I meant extra sets, could be 1, could be 2, maybe 3. Also my philosophy is based around doing a few, mostly heavy compound exercises. So eg. 2 for back, and adding 2/4 sets in total isn't that time consuming.
