I use a saline nebulizer sometimes for a bad cough and it helps. Anyone heard of trying to nebulize aspirin? My thought is it would have an immediate local effect on the lungs
Is it even possible? How would one do it
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

Whenever I take cynomel, even split into tiny doses. It makes me nauseas where I otherwise would be ok (dealing with on and off pregnancy nausea). Any ideas behind why this would be the case?
@splithead_ the role of hypothyroidism as a factor in heart disease is pretty well known in cardiology. All new acute cardiomyopathy pts typically have TSH labs ordered on them.
Unfortunately, it’s not so much thought of to prevent heart disease as it’s blamed once heart disease has been discovered. At which point they’re usually referred to an endocrinologist or pcp to manage thyroid meds
@raytreats aspirin has always helped me. For immediate acute pain relief during the day nothing quite tops a solonpas lidocaine patch
Anyone know about supplementing folate? I know Georgi left it out of energin for a reason but when you’re pregnant everyone scares you into taking some form of it
Is it really needed?
I know peat has talked about certain things like aspirin and thyroid being ok during pregnancy. But what about Cyproheptadine (low dose obv) and lidocaine? Maybe not rx lidocaine but topical?
@happyhanneke I tried a mag glycine version and actually slept amazing for the first time in forever. Worth a shot even if it was just a fluke
@Jennifer I haven’t kept track of this but I feel like I’m eating enough. I could look into it for sure
