@Cezar4911 when taking anti serotonin substances the first things I notice are an increase in stamina (lung function), and slight increases in definition in my eyesight (like going from 480p to 720p) and smell.
If you tend to converse between yourself in your head that also tends to subside allowing to be more in the moment. These are using things like cypro though which have very strong anti serotonin effects so I'm not sure what you may notice first.

Also I remember reading something about how tyrosine is converted to dopamine (which will drop serotonin) when sunlight is directed at the scalp so get some sun to improve your results.
