Progest-E as a contraceptive.

Does anyone have experience using it for that purpose? What dose? Oral or vaginal application? How often? Should it be cycled or not? All information is appreciated!

There's a page that cover's Katharina Dalton's instructions on it's use, but I assume the dosage is for natural progesterone that isn't dissolved in Vitamin E. There's also the fact that here they're discussing suppository pills, which are much easier to "insert" for vaginal application.

It would be vaginally. I think the idea is that while pregnant, the body ramps up progesterone to support pregnancy. Using vaginally is to make the body think it is already pregnant, and therefore would not have need for another implantation.
