Looking for safe Contraceptives.

Me & gf have been reading alot fo Wilhelm Reich and how he stresses the importants of full energy exchange when orgasming , the penis & vaginal fluids acting like electrode and the bioelectricity (orgone energy) being conducted through for a very fulfiling energy exchange that heals alot of trauma or tensions, Sounds very fun.
Anyways , we cant try all that with condoms (no conduction) . Pills are outta question bcoz they would wreck her hormonally. Progest-e is impossible for me to get where i live in asia. Rhythm method...people who used that are parents now. Right now i have pull out and neem oil methods. Neem oil is a effective spermicide , and you have to get 2-3 drop in vagina for it to work. Also taking a neem oil drop for 2 weeks , apparently also tanks male sperm mobility to zero , causes reversible infertility bcoz it ramps up the male immune system too high that sperms get destroyed. Im counting on that for now lol.
Anyways dyou guy have anything else groundbreaking. I know it sounds weird , i wanna have my cake and eat it too but there must be a trick to orgasm in ur favorite foid when shes ovulating without pregnancy.

@zalarazkhan I'm very interested to learn about any such possibility as well. I've heard some stuff about using lactation and the resulting oxytocin spike to prevent ovulation. But for that she needs to be lactating, right, and it also lands in the realm of what you call "rhythm method".

Contraceptives are a bad idea.
However, I heard Ray Peat mention in a podcast that out of all the contraceptives, the one called Drospirenone is kind
of safe and closest in structure to natural Progesterone. -
I'm totally understanding of the need for physical contact between penis and vagina and condoms ruin that. But I think condoms are the safest approach other than having intercourse during a woman's period which is also safe and does not require condoms but can be a little icky on the high flow days.

Read “Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy”
If you’re genuinely interested in a healing energy exchange, it does not involve ejaculation, birth control problem solved.
-
@RawGoatMilk88 that’s true and that’s what I practice but you can still get a girl pregnant via an unexpected ejaculation, or possibly leakage of semen in you have ejaculated recently and then have intercourse.
-
In an interview Ray mentioned that they used to sell "cervix caps" that were effective in preventing pregnancy. If you google it, they can be bought, but I don't know if they are the same as the ones Ray was referring to and actually effective.

Luckily for you, men can’t have children.

@Prometheus88 A very weird thing to decide to say.

I agree. It would be dreadful if I were to have children. I saw a movie about it, a doumentary, with Arnold. It worked out for him.

@happycat Are you sure about Drosphirenone being peat approved ? Anyhow i cant find any Drosphirenone here without them being accompanied by estrogen in the pill.
I heard an 8% or above saline solution of NaCl is also a strong spermicide , when dropped intervaginally. Note sure if i wanna test it tho but would be a nice addition to neem oil concoction.@Ecstatic_Hamster condoms are great but they cant let be do energy/orgone exchaneg experiments that Wilheim Riech was on about lol. Period sex is big no bcoz she cant lubricate or get horny , its not as fun if her kitty isnt also energetically charged.
@JamesL Yeah cervix caps look real interesting , especially with the lactic acid gel (another safe spermicide i think)

The book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" teaches how women can chart her cycle. You take your temperature each morning and check your cervical mucus. Pretty effective method of birth control if you abstain, pull out, or use condoms on your fertile days. I think most women would benefit from charting their cycles.
