Stephen Cunnane from Sherbrooke University (in Sherbrooke Canada) has been conducting some interesting research with MCT. I do not think that MCT oil alone will completely solve the issues of mild cognitive impairment resulting in Alzheimer's but it appears to be helpful in the short term.
