What's this brightness around the eyes?
-
Hello everyone, first post here.
Some time ago I was drinking industrial quantities of milk, coconut oil and raw eggs (and some coffee too). Meanwhile I was with this, capted my attention this white and brighting skin just where the tear duct is.
Example:
Yes, it may be absurd asking this, but I didn't see anything related talked in this forum nor the old RP forum.
The thing is... how's this called? and what mecanism inside this happened to make this?

brightness at tear +eye duct
Is it discharge of white mucus ( oily secretions) after evaporation, after the night namely, or white skin. Is your skin irritated?
Normal discharge
A small amount of clear, white or ivory-colored eye discharge is normal (as long as it isn’t sticky). This is the product of your tear film clearing the surface of your eyes from dust and other cellular debris. Some of this discharge may be the oil and mucus of the tear film that remains after the watery component of your tears evaporates. -
@LucH Hello! Yeah, it was sort of white skin, not mucus. And sorry, it was quite misunderstanding on my part saying "just where the tear duct is", because it was all around the eyes, and it made dissapear a bit the bags. It was like a sort make up.
I noticed too that while having these things I was not tired at all. In fact, every time I'm with energy the brightness start to appear.

vitiligo around the +eyes ?
It could be vitiligo (no melanocyte to color the skin). Not sure because the description given doesn't match with brightness white. In vitiligo it's rather pale white / light brownish skin (absence of brown color). We don't really know why.

PS: It's difficult to say yes or no. Not sure before seeing a dermatology practitioner.
usually, it doesn't disappear and comes back afterwards.
