thoughts what to do on this? maybe celtic salt, high purity lab salt instead? and supp iodine, get from food?

do u think magnesium, thiamine, potassium bicarb etc bulk powder from bulksupplements.com could have similar contamination?

@the-MOUSE , from the process description:
"In addition, no salt product had high enough microplastics that could be conclusively recognized through FTIR testing"

I don't know if there is another kind of test that is better for microplastic.

@Sunniva ah wait ye sorry i was mistaking another article. interesting coz other sources saying all sea salt had decetable mciroplastic presence. maybe that detector doesent detect smaller microplastics

rn i think ill go himalayan salt. has some heavy metals but dont hink its too much for significant effect. doesent have mciroplastic but some presence still found probs due contact plastic in processing later etc.

redmond maybe good too but exp and heavy metal.

                  maybe celtic sea salt too.

now onto sugar, ye na i dont think drinking raw sugar is the way tbh. just eat carbs, fruits instead.

dextrose and vitamin supplement powders idk contamination in this like bulksupplements.com
