how have your feet changed in response to particular dietary/lifestyle changes

mine have grown by about a size since i started really eating dairy
toenails have gotten stronger wider and less smooth since i started supplementing vit k2
they've always been quite calloused but recently my heel callouses have improved and my toe callouses have gotten worse
my toe dexterity has also been improving. i noticed this for the first time after trying methylene blue. like my subjective body (Leib) extends further into my feet and i have more fine-grained sensation and control
still get a little cold sometimes

i think my feet are a weak link, but are as sensitive to positive interventions as they are to stress. extremities

@snack_log my whole body feels a lot more "sturdy" like it would be harder to push me over if I was standing still with my feet flat on the ground. And my muscles can get very flexed and relaxed, probably from the high energy resting state ray has discussed.
