I’ve been experimenting with using Airplane Mode on my iPhone, especially at night or during meditation, to see if it impacts my energy levels or overall sense of balance. Some say that reducing exposure to signals like Wi-Fi and cellular networks can help support our body’s natural bioenergetic systems.
Have any of you noticed a difference when using Airplane Mode, especially during sleep or other restorative practices? Do you think it could help reduce interference with our energy fields?
