                  @ashou You haven't mentioned your diet, lifestyle, or any additional (previous) conditions & bloodwork.

                  Ray Peat's approach is about continuously Perceive. Think. Act. Taking a holistic perspective in connecting the dots... yourself or with maybe some external advice.

                  You seem to focus only on rather limited Act, especially on supplements, so most probably such a (reductionistic) approach will not work.
