Tased Thyroid

A fews years ago I got a taser in my neck region and have been hypothyroid ever since. Gained weight and my dick massively shrunk. Please help. I think the electric shock completely shutoff my thyoid.

@Uncover In fairness his thyroid would still be there just severely damaged so it could probably regain function again but likely hard without supplementing thyroid
