    Title says it all basically.

The first time I took it I felt great. I thought taking it every day would give me that same effect. That was a mistake, so I stopped taking it, but the weakness and dizziness persisted. One time I took MB again, just one dose, and the weakness and dizziness were gone for a few hours. And then they came back, and taking more MB didn't help.

There may be other factors involved, but I think MB played a key role. I'm not badmouthing the substance but it didn't quite work for me. Anyone have any idea what's going on here? Should I just focus on raising metabolic rate? Drinking a lot of milk helps, refined coconut oil helps, eating garlic before sleep helps (so yes maybe gut parasites), but why did taking MB again feel like flicking a switch and I went back to normal for a few hours?

Can anyone shed some light here? Not necessarily looking for an easy fix, I'm trying to peat dilligently and perceive think act and all that, but I wonder what exactly is going on here.

@slow-learner wow that is a interesting phenomenon Ive heard of ssris , accutane and lions mane having permanent changes on peoples gene expression but I doubt methylblue could do that.
      Also finasteride. i.e PSSD, PFAS.
