            I wonder if monohydrate decomposes faster or less equally as fast as the other varieties.

              @PUFADestroyerPPO i would assume so, heat and acidity both come into play for its decomposition but it takes a couple days for it to decompose in this study. My assumption is bro science, i had it in orange juice and drank it throughout the day and got really ill, but the creatine could have been ‘bad’ to begin with through improper storage.
