Has anyone ever tested Progesterone levels on Progest-E

I'm wondering if you guys have ever measured serum level while supplementing with either Progest-E or the Health Natura product.
If so, did your levels increased? how do you take your Progest?
Hidut mentions in one video that Progest in Vitamin E has 44hr half life, I run a couple of tests, and it does not seem to have such a half life.

I have tried the Progest-E as well, but even this, did not raise my Progesterone level. Therefore, Progesterone in Vitamin E has a very short half life, just the opposite of what Peat said.
