Protecting Eyes

Hey all! Just got a new job with 40ish hours per week of screen time. Any suggestions on how to protect eyes. I know glaucoma runs in family.

Desk height, retinol, eye exercises, and sitting in glasses with an anti-reflective coating and blue light filter.
