Simple at home solutions to fix a humpback?
-
Friend is getting a humpback from poor posture, tell him to not lean over when he looks at his phone. Any tools and methods that would work to fix it?

@TopicalsOnBalls There's this:
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/kyphosis/I used to have this problem (beginnings of a dowager's hump), possibly from sitting with my head too far forward staring at the computer screen, but I'm not really sure what caused it. A good physical therapist might be helpful. Someone affiliated with this group might be a good choice: https://www.posturalrestoration.com/find-provider
I also had scoliosis pretty bad. I've since recovered. I think taking high dose thiamine hcl was helpful.

Hanging from a pull-up bar, routinely stretching arms/shoulders behind back w/ rope or even something like a shirt or trash bag

Anything that boosts DHT will improve posture

I have the beginnings of one too. If it is mild and if it is from poor posture, I'd say a good way to fix it is through correct posture, and constant stretching of the area.
