Reply- If impact on the liver, saturation.
- Listen to you body. No coffee now. Wait. You could try with caffeine pills, a bit later. or anther kind of coffee. Try arabica (less smoked / heated).
- No coffee after 4 or 5 o'clock P.M. if sensible to caffeine. Effect for 4-5 hours when accustomed, even if other people can drink a thermos without any problems.

But before answering a question I have to asked myself if my answer could help other readers (I'm a retired teacher). If they're ready to hear what I want to say. Supposition, of course. I need to spare energy, as well, and feel it can be useful. (...)
For instance, about "high level glucose". Not a bad idea for those ones who suffer from a pathology, to help the body to set things in order if ... Observe the" if".
Or simply to gain energy if you metabolize glucose well, with the ability to adapt, to listen to your body...
But I have no "legitimacy". So I have to cite sources and to make the balance. (...)
We must also let people experiment. Some will make mistakes, including me in perception, and then they will correct their course. But be careful to keep a little energy to help the body change course.

Coffee: Friend or foe?
The answer won't be clear-cut: As is often the case, it's not all black and white. How can you optimize your situation if you enjoy drinking coffee?
You have to consider the context:
Coffee is an alkaloid of the methylxanthine family, present in many foods, which acts as a psychotropic stimulant (+/moderate, depending on the environment) and a mild diuretic.
Alkaloids are part of the plant's defense system. But it's all in the dose (…)

Mechanism: How does caffeine affect receptors? Caffeine therefore acts as an inhibitor. Caffeine is said to antagonize adenosine receptors and thus allow an increase in dopaminergic activity.
