        Hi
To improve fluidity and sooth feces, water (1.5 l) and fiber (30 g / 1 Oz.) are required.
Water for volume (easier to move); fiber for ballast (to be carried).
Transit must also been educated. Get informed on MMC (interprandial / inter-digestive contraction of the bowel when the food has already been digested). I can give a link if wanted.
Rice, banana and black berries have a counter-effect on transit (rice) and configuration banana & black berries).
When modifying the diet, it must been done progressively.

        I'd begin with the breakfast:
one seasonal fruit (could be half an apple, cut in pieces) (or a peach / pear / mango / etc).
6 half pieces pecan nuts (facultative)
50 g Jordan oat, natural, simply crunchy, with honey. my favorite. No need to take the kind with dried fruit (more expensive).
Full fat or half-fat milk 240 ml. I use oat milk.
        Jordans-Granola-simply-Crunchy-png-250x312.gif
NB: oat cereals are very rich in fiber and specially in calcium.
Personally, I add 3-4 tbsp shredded coconut (very thin dried cuts)
If interested, I have other advice. Note that taking a salad carrot or cascara, as often adviced on the forum, won't solve the problem on the long term.

Question: How do you digest? Gas, bloating, flatulence?

I'd get informed on the connection between the brain and the microbiota (75% of our immunity). Microbiota feeds onto fiber and coconut fat, for instance.

@LucH You use oat milk? That sounds kind of psycho... Isn't that full of seed oils?

            yes I drink oat milk.
=> per portion : 0.2 g PUFA per 250 ml milk. Total 0.4 g (from sunflower). So very few fat.
The problem is the kind of sugar when taking vegetal milk (glycemia). But if you digest cow milk (lactose), no problem for me. I'd take full fat milk (or half-fat)

The psycho would be to avoid all PUFA, without trying to limit the amount. 😉
More seriously, all seeds are bad. When drinking, there is no oxalate nor phytate left (anti-nutrients). So, the oil remains. there are two kinds of sunflower oil (high MUFA or not: 85 %).
But here we ingest only 0.2 g of PUFA.
As I limit the amount to 5-6 g /day PUFA, there is no problem.
However, when combining cereals and milk (cow or oat), you'll get 2 g PUFA. You can't escape them. We have to limit them.
So, I'll have to mind the kind of meat I take (free-farmed) (to avoid excess w6 from soy or corn), choose enhanced free chicken eggs, moderate olive oil for veggie, prefer butter (bread) and coconut oil (1 tsp at breakfast to balance + cooking)...

              Im glad you reached out
Because going in this direction will not end well for you
As you can already see with your digestion

              Lots to address
              But
I will hit two big ideas

              1-
              You are starving yourself
You may not know it or feel it
              But you are
              I’ve been there myself

              2-
              You are hypothyroid
Your body has slowed down its processes to conserve energy

15 is a time of tremendous growth
              Requiring much energy
              Much nutrition

Figure out why you are restricting
              And stop

The further society drifts from the truth the more it will hate those who speak it.

                Hi LucH

Am not so sure that the one peeled carrot a day won't work, at least for myself. I did it for years with a couple of longer breaks inbetween. The regularity stayed during those breaks. Fast forward to today and the regularity is still with me.

What made the regularity even better (2-3 times a day now) was microdosing Magnesium several times a day. In the thread starter's case they may want to add a little calcium and Vit-C to the magnesium protocol.

Do not purchase the following products but note the information written: www. gutsense. org/store/hydro-cm-program. html (do not purchase anything "citrate", other Magnesium forms will work)

I brought magnesium sulfate to the workplace and now have a few people hooked. They sprinkle a tiny bit into their coffees and claim similar things, reduces stress response, relaxing, less foot soreness, bathroom regularity etc etc. There's one guy with hypertension/hbp who drank about 6oz of my homemade mineral water (Cal-Mag bicarbonate) and he sat mute and relaxed for the rest of the day, everyone was amazed.

Not bad at all when you want to deal in crisis. Those persons were deficient and under stress.
Note there is here a subtle balance to find.

                  Magnesium as a laxative?
Using HD magnesium as a laxative is not appropriate as a usual middle. Why?
While using HD magnesium or L-acid ascorbic as an occasional middle could be effective and acceptable, by saturation (HD), it’s not advisable as a usual practice.
                  HD: High Dose.
                  • Not suitable for chronic constipation:
Magnesium hydroxide is more appropriate for acute, occasional constipation rather than chronic, ongoing constipation.
                  • Potential for dependency:
Long-term use of laxatives, including other magnesium-based ones, can lead to a reliance on them for bowel movements, potentially making the body less responsive to natural stimuli.
                  • Kidney problems:
Individuals with kidney problems are more susceptible to the adverse effects of magnesium and may not be able to regulate magnesium levels effectively.

                  Endpoint:
Don't take more than the recommended amounts of these laxatives, or use them long-term, because they can throw off your chemistry. Combined with an underperforming kidney or heart failure, saline osmotic laxatives can be dangerous.
                  Source: health.harvard.edu

My opinion: These two middles are mechanistic osmotic ways to force the way out. Many people have tried them with success, on occasional circumstances. If the body gets accustomed to this use, natural interprandial bowel won’t come back (between 2 meals, when the bowels get empty). Make a search with “MMC and colon peristalsis” or I can develop if interested.
People could get accustomed to the dose and required more substance to get the same osmotic effect.
Second, we change the acid-base balance. Third, the way we proceed has an impact on the microbiota… Without mentioning the time we need (unproductive) and the stress we occasion. Short term view.
