Which Peaty supplements would you sneak in your pop's morning coffee or late night cup of cocoa?

It shouldnt be too obvious, if you give them something like Bromocriptine theyd defintely know something was off.
My dad has started taking a bit of my t3 everyday since hes already on thyroid t4 (although only around 10 mcg t3 which i supoose is better than nothing).
I want to give him progesterone one day, and then maybe L Dopa. Rest of the supps arent really worth it as they require every day dosing to have an effect. L Dopa imo can really clear some things up for a while. Progesterone probably requires the least common dosing. Just 100 mg once in a fortnight is great for getting the system up and running again.

70mg Pregnenolone might be a milder treatment as opposed to progesterone. You would need to encourage anti-aromatase foods on the day of consumption though.
I've though about spiking some of my family members foods/drinks with stuff like this but I advise against it, there is simply too many factors that can influence a positive or negative reaction.
Not to sound disheartening, but thinking about the positive effects of these substances alone without considering a bad experience/reaction is a recipe for disaster. As much as I would want my mother to supplement progesterone; I won't allow it until she is educated on the matter and there is confirmation that she could benefit from it, that could mean blood tests or some form of monitoring.
I do understand your concern though, because I'm not sure how much longer I will be able to go without my family members interested in their own health and longevity, and you could call it a selfish desire to see them grow older and remain robust and healthy.

none
Leave it be, especially if you cant face the consequences or the responsibility in general.
I would beat my son severly if he tried to spike my drinks with, even harmless, substances. It is like serving fake meat to unwitting people just to show them there is no difference in taste -
glycine because its sweet and looks like sugar
thiamine
pregnenolone
fat soluble vitamins
allopregnenolone

surprised no one's said this, but coconut oil is really easy to sneak into coffee. i remember when i used to drink coffee id throw it into my coffee.

@sztrapacska
I think that'd depend on how the person takes their coffee. If hot, the coconut oil is hard to miss as it floats to the top if you don't stir it every few seconds. -
