the easy answer on mainstream sources is that it's all bad no matter if smoked or not. that just seems weird to me. so putting some ground up plant material in your mouth is carcinogenic? really??? wtf

No. If you want to smoke use cigars or cigarillos with pure tobacco and if you want to use snus make sure it has tobacco
