Melanoma in situ
-
Hi,
Hoping that someone can offer me some advice. I have just had a melanoma in situ removed from the back of my ankle ( an area very rarely exposed to the sun) , the surrounding tissue was healthy but the dermatologist wants me to have a larger area removed and possibly a skin graft to be extra cautious, I’m concerned that this might cause inflammation in an area which has had pre cancerous cells and might be prone to more.
Try to eat healthily, diet of organic meat, fish and vegetables , saturated fat, some oEVOO with no PUFAs .
Female with fair skin, freckles and blue eyes, 59.
Suspected oestrogen dominance in past.
Very interested in Georgi Dinkov’s research and wondered if asprin, vit C,f, vit E succinate and Niacinamide might help prevent any further problems.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Any advice much appreciated
