Just took a bath with 1/2 pound of baking soda and some Bloo.

Hot water (filtered), lasted maybe 20–30 minutes.

I’ve read mixed reports on hot baths, including Ray’s own words on the matter and my only concern would be any anti-androgenic effects, if they’re actually substantial with moderate infrequent heat exposure.

I didn’t use enough to stain my skin, but I certainly felt the effects. Stepping out of the bath it felt like I was some Nazi superhuman experiment emerging from a pod. Energy coursing through my tissue and mind, yet relaxed at the same time.

Has anyone else actually taken the Bloo bath?

Might start doing it a few times a month.

I've been putting methylene blue in my baths the last few days, along with epsom salt. I haven't found it to make the bath notably more relaxing or restorative, but the methylene blue addition seemed to make my skin softer.
