      Sometimes i find it soothing holding my breathe, anyone else have the same experience?

        @raypneat various ancient scripture said the breath is the key to consciousness. holding ur breath can activate parasympathetic drive which relaxing. if u havent before, give some kind of breathwork modality a shot. 10 min of wim hof done properly through full, deep breaths thru ur diaphragm is amazing and can be a great source for experiencing "downloads" of information into your mind, and detachment
